Scott Andrews and WIN Motorsport team owner/driver, William Lok, took a commanding lights to flag victory to clinch the Asian Le Mans Sprint Cup title.

Andrews took the green flag, producing a stunning lap and staying clear of trouble to find himself a comfortable 4 second buffer over second place by the end of the first lap. While the other cars scrapped for minors, Andrews kept his head down pushing out a 55+ second lead before handing the WIN Motorsport Ligier over to William Lok.
Lok put in a fantastic effort to continue putting down solid lap times and bring the car home in first position, clinching the Sprint Cup title and making Lok the first Hong Kong driver to win the championship.

"I'm very happy to have contributed to William's title win." Andrews said, "He's done a fantastic job all year and especially this weekend and he deserves to win. The team are also fantastic and it's been a pleasure to work with a team of such calibre."

Unfortunately Andrews found himself in hospital for Sunday's race with an extreme fever and a lung infection.
